If I could trade that Haste for Armor Penetration, add a red socket, and make my guild better at 25 man hard modes, I would be one happy NE Hunter!

That’s the worst news I’ve heard all week.
If they gauge hunters in World of Warcraft on the basis of the number suffix they receive on in-game weapons, and on a golf-style scoring system, BRK beats Hemet Nesingwary [http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44504].
It’s a good thing Patch 3.2 offered easy farming of Uld25 gear, as I would rather like to progress to Trial of the Crusader level content to nab this. That it has 100 more base dps than my current gun [http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39419] is plenty justification to zerg towards this.
Shoulda been dwarf only.

Very well deserved, BRK—err Daniel. You’ve been an invaluable aid to countless hunters, and a joy to observe in any format.
And note the blade on the underside of the barrel, for when a hunter needs to switch to a patented BRK melee build!
Heart broken by the Alliance only news, but it was bound to be such with the new dungeon the way it is. Congrats on the beautiful looking dedication to a great asset to the Hunter Community.

A dedicated Horde reader of BRK might want to try getting this after race change and then change back? (Is double race change possible?)

For those that play Warhammer 40k….the barrel looks EXACTLY like the barrel on a Lascannon!! O.o (That’s a good thing, btw).
That gun looks fantastic. I want it now. I’m in the Rawrcast guild right now (Bound) so I won’t be getting it with those guys (horde). But I’m going for it on my main.
I am pouting over the Alliance-only availability of this beauty! It took me a year and a half to level 1 char to 80…and now I have even less time to play! *pout*

Why is it alliance only? I like being green. That’s annoying, since you decided on alliance it shouldn’t mean that all hunters that you bloged for can’t get it
It is a shame that this gun is Alliance only; but its just a name and a model (not denying the honour that it is Daniel; grats on that). But my Horde brethren, you do realise that we we get an axe/xbow/gun with the exact same stats, yes?

Gratz Daniel ! I’m really happy with this news. I badly wanted Blizzard to make you this kind of “gift” and a gun is sooo well designed. And being alliance and in a very capable guild, I think my guildies will have their ears full of “Moar crusader’s hard modes !” in the next few weeks/months… I need that gun !
