Someone pointed out that my comments-feed button in the header wasn’t working. So I tried to fix it. I think I broke everything. So what am I finding that is working properly? Here:

What is going on here? How do I fix it? It doesn’t seem to be hurting anything, but I hate seeing error messages. I have replaced that file numerous times but nothing seems to fix the errors. Any ideas?
